Sorry, T-Minus Enterprises, LLC's does not bill or offer Net Terms for any advertiser. Absolutely no exceptions will be made. Payments are to be made at DigiBuy on our behalf. 4. RIGHT TO IDENTIFY USAGE. You understand that T-Minus Enterprises, LLC's T-Minus-on-the-Web may or may not publicly and/or privately identify your use of the T-Minus Enterprises, LLC's T-Minus-on-the-Web website without payment, compensation or notice to you, your company and/or related parties. 5. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. It is your responsibility as a webmaster to maintain your account information in a safe place. T-Minus Enterprises, LLC is not responsible if others gain access to your account, deplete your funds and/or change information in your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the integrity of your account. 6. NO WARRANTIES. Use the T-Minus Enterprises, LLC's T-Minus-on-the-Web website as you understand that T-Minus Enterprises, LLC offers no warranties either implied or expressed. 7. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. T-Minus Enterprises, LLC's T-Minus-on-the-Web, it's affiliates, associates, partners, parents companies, subsidiaries and/or employees shall not be directly or indirectly held liable for any damages or loss caused by the direct and/or indirect use of T-Minus Enterprises, LLC's T-Minus-on-the-Web, it's services and/or content. 8. TERMINATION OF SERVICE. You may terminate your account at any time without refund. Any balances remaining will cause your account to remain open. 9. REFUNDS. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued to any parties. 10. SUBMISSIONS. All submissions are processed in real time, however may be removed by T-Minus Enterprises, LLC's T-Minus-on-the-Web in the event that T-Minus Enterprises, LLC's T-Minus-on-the-Web sees need to do so at it's own discretion.
